【摘要】 HIsmelt熔融还原炼铁技术是将含铁矿粉和煤直接喷吹到熔融还原炉(SRV),在高温条件下煤的碳素溶解在铁液中而且挥发分裂解为H2,铁水熔池条件下含铁原料中铁氧化物的碳素还原生成铁元素和CO,喷吹1200℃热风二次燃烧煤气获得热能,所产生的热能通过传导和辐射提高了渣铁混合"涌泉"的温度,被加热后的渣铁混合"涌泉"回落到铁水熔池下部提供
反应对热能的需求使
反应继续,再将现代钢铁生产成熟技术和设备加以重新组合的新炼铁工艺。历经20年的改进和完善,第一套有真正商业性生产意义的HIsmelt示范工厂2005年5月在西澳·奎那那(KwinanaWesternAustralia)建成,
设计生产能力80万t铁水/a。对HIsmelt示范工的工艺流程、设备状态和生产调试做考察介绍,并对其工艺进行初步分析。
【英文摘要】 HIsmelt technology is a direct iron making process in which iron ore fines and/or other iron containing materials and ordinary steaming coals are injected directly into a vertical Smelt Reduction Vessel (SRV), and in here, rapid heating of the coal results in dissolution of the carbon in the coal, meanwhile, cracking of the coal volatiles release hydrogen (H_2). In the molten iron bath, the ferrous oxides in the iron bearing feeds contact with the carbon dissolved from the coal and the reaction should occur...
