Basing on it, First Workshop on Education Technology and Training (ETT 2008) will be held in Shanghai, China, 21-22 December, 2008. All accepted papers will be published by IEEE Press, USA . ETT 2008 is supported by IEEE SMC TC Technical Committee on Education Technology and Training and IEEE SMC. The aim of ETT 2008 is invite researchers from various fields to present and discuss their ideas on education technology and training. All accepted papers will be included in IEEE Xplore and indexed by ISTP and EI Compendex.

Papers must be written in English. Each paper will be reviewed by at least three program committee members. Papers should contain original contributions not published or submitted elsewhere, and should refer to related state-of-the-art work. Authors of accepted papers must present the paper at ETT 2008 in order have the paper included in the conference proceedings published by the IEEE. Papers must be formatted in the IEEE Proceedings Format which is single spaced, two columns, 10pt Times/Roman font. Length of full papers must not exceed 6 pages (including figures, tables and references). Papers should include a title, the name and affiliation of each author, an abstract of up to 150 words and no more than eight keywords. All submissions should be electronic (in Word or PDF).
